How does the Parts Search work?
The best way to search is by Part Number. The parts search performs a 'Stripped' part search. What that means is that any special characters are stripped out of the user entered part number during the search and then our database is searched on a stripped part number field and the description. So, if you search for part number 123-45, it actually searches a stripped part number field in our database for part number 12345. This helps increase your ability to find parts, especially in cases where the special characters are not known or are possibly placed in the wrong sequence when searching.
The part search also performs a "Contains" search. What that means is if you search for part number 12345, results with these characters in the part or description will be returned as well.
Users are also able to search and filter by price range, manufacturer, description or category . The best way to search by description is with limited words. For Example: if the search is for a Haldex Parking Brake Trailer Manifold Dash Valve, then the user would use "valve" or "dash valve". The search could then be narrowed down by manufacturer. Start with the broadest term and funnel the search down to more specific descriptions and manufacturers.

How to Request More Information on a Part?
When you search for parts, your results will be shown in a gallery format. Each gallery product has a header for Part Number, Description and Pricing. If the product has the Request Price Icon, you will select the request pricing via email. When you click on the product it will take you to a Product Information Page. If you do not see spec information that you require such as Pictures, Dimensions, and Technical Information, then select the box that reads REQUEST INFO. Fill out the Form and it will automatically email us. We will have our Sales Tech Team pull the item and we will email you the requested information. You can also select Request Price from the Product Page.

If you qualify for FREE Domestic Ground Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items only.
